We want you to feel safe trying VAVU. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.
Pro (30-day access)
- Full refund if requested within [3] days of payment and you have completed no more than [1] Pro lesson.
- Pro never renews automatically, so you are never charged again without choosing to.
Hire-Ready Bootcamp (one-time)
- Full refund within [7] days of payment if you have completed less than [20%] of the Bootcamp and we have not started your done-for-you documents.
- Once work on your CV, resume, or portfolio has started, Bootcamp refunds are no longer available.
How to request
- Email joinvavu@gmail.com with your account email and payment date.
- Approved refunds go back through PayMongo to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Charged by mistake?
If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra charge in full.
